Is there a way to find groups that are of interest to you? Like in categories, etc.? I'd like to find some groups that relate to poetry... the environment, etc. ... but don't know how to!

Silly me walked outside barefoot and stepped on a nail. The nail went into the center of my foot about a half inch deep. I can get to the doctor by 9 am Sunday. What should I do now? It hurts alot.
